Why choose me as your next coach?

From Conflict to Creation: Why I’m Qualified to Help You Reprogram Your Life

When you’re considering working with a coach, it’s natural to ask: Why this person? What do they bring to the table that makes them capable of helping me create my future? I’ve asked myself those same questions, especially as I transitioned into my role as an empathy coach. And the answer, for me, is simple: I’ve been where you are, and I’ve done the work to turn my life around. I can relate to your feelings, because I’ve lived them. Now, I want to help others do the same.

Lived Experience: I’ve Been in the Struggle

I didn’t just wake up one day and decide to become a coach. My personal path was paved with struggle, conflict, and years of living with programming that didn’t serve me. For many years, I found myself in constant conflict—whether with close family, colleagues, in traffic, or with government offices. I was always pushing against the world, thinking I could change it by force.

Looking back, I have realized that this was deeply rooted in my childhood programming. Growing up, I’ve had a great time. But I also saw my mother engage in conflict—picking fights with my father, store clerks, and anyone who got in her way. It became normal for me to see love and conflict tied together, even when it brought shame and embarrassment. My father, on the other hand, was emotionally unavailable. He worked hard to provide for our family, but was distant, wrapped up in his business. When I was six years old, my father died in an accident. These experiences created an emotional void that shaped my understanding of relationships and communication.

As I grew older, I repeated these patterns. I struggled deeply in my relationships, going through two divorces and a painful breakup, and some of my partners were also shaped by their own unresolved childhood trauma. I attracted people who, like me, were stuck in patterns of emotional pain. I felt like I could never make relationships work.

But here’s where things changed: Around my 50s, I finally realized that it wasn’t just the outside world causing these struggles—it was the programming I had picked up as a child. The emotional dynamics I grew up with had become the blueprint for how I interacted with others, how I responded to conflict, and how I handled relationships.

And here’s the most important realization: We are not victims of our programming. Those beliefs and patterns we absorb as children can be reprogrammed. I’ve done it, and I’m ready to help you do it, too.

Personal Transformation: From Victim to Creator

What qualifies me to help you create your future? I’ve done the work of creating mine.

By recognizing the role my early programming played in my struggles, I was able to take control of my life and reprogram myself. I let go of the need to fight, the need for material validation, and the constant desire to prove myself in conflict situations that I myself co-created. Today, I find fulfillment in my two children, our dog and cats, the simplicity of daily life, and, most importantly, the freedom to live on my own terms.

But there’s something more: I’ve learned the power of forgiveness. I don’t blame anyone for the experiences I had, because I’ve come to understand that people act based on the knowledge they have at any given time. My parents, my ex-partners, even myself—we all made decisions that were, in those moments, what we thought was best. Forgiveness has been key in my journey, not just for others but for myself, too. I’ve forgiven myself for the many suboptimal decisions I made along the way, and this has allowed me to let go of the past and focus on what I can create in this moment.

This transformation—from being a victim of my circumstances to becoming a creator of my own reality—is what I bring to the table as a coach. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck, to subconciously repeat painful patterns, and to wonder if things will ever get better. But I also know what it’s like to shift that reality and build a life that aligns with my true desires. That’s the journey I want to help others take.

Empathy and Insight: I Get It, Because I’ve Lived It

Many coaches have studied theories and models. While those are important, I believe the most powerful qualification is lived experience. I know what it’s like to face conflict, to feel like a failure, and to wonder if I’ll ever escape the patterns of the past. I’ve been through the struggle, and I’ve come out the other side with deep empathy and understanding for others who are on a similar journey.

What sets me apart as a coach is that I get it. I don’t just talk about reprogramming—I’ve done it myself. I don’t just tell you how to navigate emotional turmoil—I’ve been through it. I offer a compassionate, empathetic approach because I understand how hard it can be to break free from old patterns, and I know firsthand that it’s possible.

Tools for Transformation: The SAFETY Method

One of the tools I’ve developed to help people reprogram their lives is the SAFETY Method, a simple yet powerful guide to emotional safety and regulation. This method is rooted in my personal experiences, as well as my work as an empathy coach, and it provides a structured way for you to navigate your emotions, shift your perspective, and begin creating the life you want.

By working with me, you won’t just get theoretical advice—you’ll get practical, hands-on tools that can help you transform your life. Together, we’ll reprogram the subconscious beliefs that are holding you back and help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of personal empowerment.
